Rayhon gained recognition in Uzbek cinema with her role in the 2007 drama "Kechir." Critics and film enthusiasts alike received her performance positively. Notably, she was not only an actress but also the screenwriter and director of this film. However, in the subsequent years, Rayhon has not taken on any significant roles in films.

Rayhon G`aniyeva was born on September 16, 1978, in Tashkent. Her mother, Tamara Shokirova, was a well-known actress who received the honorary title of People's Artist of the Uzbek SSR. Her father, Otabek G`aniyev, also achieved fame as an actor in Uzbekistan and other former Soviet countries.
